Alma is located directly across the street from the Town Center Shopping Center offering walkable access to several restaurants, grocery shopping, bars, nail salons, and more.

Where is the Alma Leasing Office?

The leasing office is located just inside the West (left) gate at the front entrance. This gate is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for convenient access.

What should I expect during a tour of Alma Apartments?

Your tour includes a guided walkthrough of community amenities, model apartments, and available move-in-ready homes. Tours typically last 30–60 minutes.

Do you accept unscheduled tours or appointments only?

We welcome unscheduled tours, but scheduling an appointment is encouraged so we can dedicate personalized time to your needs. An appointment can be scheduled by clicking the “Book a Tour” link or calling the office.

Yes. We offer lease terms from 3 to 15 months, with the option to go month-to-month after your lease expires.

When is rent due and how can I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 4th. Payments can be made via:

Debit or credit card (online resident portal)
Personal or cashier’s check
We do not accept cash or money orders.

What is included in my monthly rent at Alma?

Your Total Monthly Lease Price (TMLP) includes:

How do I apply for an apartment at Alma?

You can apply online through our website or apply in person at the leasing office.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposits start at $500 on approved credit, and may be up to one month’s rent.

Is parking available at Alma Apartments?

Yes. Alma offers free on-site parking, plus optional reserved carports and garages.

Are electric vehicle chargers available?

Yes — Alma provides four Blink EV charging stations for residents.

Is guest parking available?

Yes. Guests may park in any uncovered parking space.

Is Alma Apartments near public transportation?
