Alma Apartments is located at 2030 Olympic Ave, Henderson, NV 89014, offering easy access to Sunset Road, the Las Vegas Strip, and Harry Reid International Airport. Alma is located directly across the street from the Town Center Shopping Center offering walkable access to several restaurants, grocery shopping, bars, nail salons, and more.
The leasing office is located just inside the West (left) gate at the front entrance. This gate is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for convenient access.
Your tour includes a guided walkthrough of community amenities, model apartments, and available move-in-ready homes. Tours typically last 30–60 minutes.
We welcome unscheduled tours, but scheduling an appointment is encouraged so we can dedicate personalized time to your needs. An appointment can be scheduled by clicking the “Book a Tour” link or calling the office.

Lease Terms & Fees
Yes. We offer lease terms from 3 to 15 months, with the option to go month-to-month after your lease expires.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 4th. Payments can be made via:
- ACH
- Debit or credit card (online resident portal)
- Personal or cashier’s check
We do not accept cash or money orders.
Your Total Monthly Lease Price (TMLP) includes:
- Apartment rent
- Community amenities
- Internet
- Valet trash service
- Chirp Smart Technology
- Sewer & trash for your home
- Common-area utilities (water, gas, electric)
At application:
- Application fee
- Administrative fee
At move-in:
- Prorated TMLP
- Security deposit
- Optional add-ons (pet fees, garage rent, etc.)
Yes, most utilities are included in your TMLP.
Not included:
- Individually metered water (billed through the community)
- Electricity (paid directly to NV Energy)
You can apply online through our website or apply in person at the leasing office.
Security deposits start at $500 on approved credit, and may be up to one month’s rent.
Parking
Yes. Alma offers free on-site parking, plus optional reserved carports and garages.
Yes — Alma provides four Blink EV charging stations for residents.
Yes. Guests may park in any uncovered parking space.
Yes. Bus stops are located just outside the community on E Sunset Rd.
